honestly, i really can't believe the republican choice of palin as vp. i also really can't bear the thought of obama in office either. it's sad that our political parties have gotten so desperate that these are our choices. as far as homophobic views are concerned, with a little research you can find that obama himself has a history of that type of political leaning. it is all so sad to me. palin is totally terrifying to me, but i have to say, so is the thought of a president who has deluded himself into actually believing that he can change SO MUCH. as a gay rights-supporting, semi-environmtntalist, female upper-class fiscal republican, let me say that i'm currently entertaining the idea of selling my shoe and handbag collection and running away to a houseboat in the exumas. love the blog, cupid. xo forever.
