Madonna and Katy Perry will be meeting in London in a matter of hours. We're not entirely sure what they're meeting about, but know it's gonna be juicy. As we know, Madonna said that Katy was "her favorite new artist" and Katy performed "Like A Virgin" on the VMAs this past weekend.
